The master bathroom did not have a shower, and the new owners would only purchase it if we could install one. So, we consulted with their designer before the purchase. Due to some framing issues, we couldn’t change the toilet’s footprint.
So we removed the floor, rear wall tile and framed in a new shower that also created a makeup alcove.
The shower was finished with Clé Tile Zellige tile and a pebble floor. The product specs will be below in full detail. The alcove was finished with faux Venetian plaster to match the rest of the condo. The bathroom would receive new marble floor tile that would bring color into the bathroom. Black grid glass would finish off the design along with chrome fixtures.
This renovation was completed as a live in renovation with the client only giving up their closet and a corridor through the bedroom. (We have a Zipwall video)
