Battery Park condos experienced significant water damage due to a workmanship failure by previous contractors during a painting project. Our clients decided to seize the moment and upgrade their kitchen while the floors were being replaced. The original kitchen layout was impractical and lacked sufficient storage.
We completely revamped the space, incorporating a drawer-style microwave, extending and widening the island, and adding cabinetry on both sides for enhanced storage. The centerpiece of this renovation is the expanded island, which has transformed the kitchen into a more functional and inviting area. Now, hosting family and friends for dinner is an effortless and enjoyable experience.
We were able to get rid of the angled area and install a long wide kitchen bar countertop as well as upgrade the finishes before finishing it off with Quartz countertops.
